JOHANNESBURG — Pernod Ricard South Africa has appointed Tribeca Public Relations as its strategic communications partner.
The agency's brief includes a focus on internal communications and supporting the wine and spirits firm’s head of corporate communications, as well as stakeholder engagement, social media strategy, content development and PR activity.
The appointment comes after Tribeca’s campaign supporting Pernod Ricard’s festive Phakamisa iSpirit campaign in November and December 2021. Pernod Ricard brands include Absolut vodka, Martell cognac, Beefeater gin, Havana Club rum, Jameson whisky, Malibu and Mumm and Premier Jouet champagne.

Pernod Ricard South Africa is the agency’s largest internal communications win since expanding its services last year to include influencer marketing services, media training, and content production for social media, newsletters and websites.
